Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Died at The Age of 84

Kurt Vonnegut Jr., one of my favorite writers, an author of The Sirens of Titan, Mother Darkness, Cat's Cradle, Slapstick or Lonesome No More, a true modern classic, died last night in Manhattan. He was 84.

After a fall in his home, he suffered brain injuries and died on Wednesday from complications related to those injuries.

I tried to write a long article about him, his books and and me, but it wasn't good enough.

One more man I wanted to meet some day and will never ever meet.

Hey-ho.
